RelioHub and RelioHub Link for ChatGPT
RelioHub Link connects ChatGPT to your company's RelioHub account through the RelioHub MCP server, so you can ask about projects, schedules, hours, daily reports, photos, company rules, quotes, invoices and expenses. RelioHub and RelioHub Link are published by Northmark Management Group, LLC.

Before you connect
- You need a RelioHub user account. Your company admin gives you your company ID and username.
- Your company must grant you MCP access. A company admin or supervisor does this in RelioHub under Integrations → MCP server → Access. An admin can grant themselves access with Give me access on the Overview tab.
- Your company needs the Pro plan, or to be in its free trial.
Connect your RelioHub account
- In ChatGPT, find RelioHub Link and choose to connect it.
- The RelioHub sign-in page opens at auth.reliohub.com. Enter your Company ID, Username and password.
- Review the permissions RelioHub Link asks for and allow them.
- Back in ChatGPT, try “Show the projects I can access.”
Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page. If your account has an email on file, a reset link is sent to it. If not, ask your company admin to reset it.
Choosing a company
Each RelioHub account belongs to one company: the one whose Company ID you enter when you sign in. ChatGPT works only with that company's data. To use a different company, disconnect RelioHub Link and connect again, signing in with that company's ID and your username there.
Permissions
ChatGPT can see and do only what your RelioHub role and your MCP access profile allow:
- Read: look things up, without changing anything.
- Field: also clock in and out, write daily reports, add photos, update your to-dos and record expenses.
- Manage: create and change the records your role allows, such as projects, schedules, quotes and invoices. Only admins and supervisors can have it.
Workers see their own time and expenses and the projects they are assigned to. Quotes, invoices and payments are visible only to admins and supervisors. ChatGPT asks you to confirm before it sends a quote or invoice to a client or does something that can't be undone.
Common messages

Session expired or not working
If ChatGPT asks you to sign in again, or RelioHub requests start failing with a sign-in error, reconnect RelioHub Link from ChatGPT and sign in again. Reconnecting does not change your RelioHub data.
Disconnect RelioHub Link
- In ChatGPT, open your settings, find RelioHub Link among your connected apps and disconnect it.
- In RelioHub, a company admin or supervisor can revoke anyone's access: Integrations → MCP server → Access, open the person's menu and choose Revoke. The assistant loses access on its next request.
Disconnecting doesn't delete anything in RelioHub. For questions about your data, see the Privacy Policy or email privacy@reliohub.com.
Delete your data
This applies to the RelioHub website and the RelioHub apps for iPhone, iPad and Android.
- If you work for a company that uses RelioHub, you can delete your own account in the app: More, then Delete account. Your account is deactivated right away and your personal details are erased after 30 days. Your company keeps its business records, such as time entries, which stay linked to a "Deleted user" entry. Your company controls its other records; ask your company admin to delete specific records, such as photos, reports or expenses. A company's only administrator is contacted by RelioHub first, because closing the account affects the whole company.
- If you no longer have the app, email privacy@reliohub.com from the email address on your account, or include your company ID and username. We verify that the request comes from you and then follow the same steps as the in-app option: your sign-in stops right away and your personal details are erased after 30 days.
- For data RelioHub controls, such as a company owner's account details, email privacy@reliohub.comfrom the email address on the account. Include your company ID and username and say what you want deleted. We verify the request and answer within the time the law sets, generally 45 days.
Deleting a user, project or record removes it from RelioHub and cannot be undone. Some records are kept because they serve as financial, legal, security or audit evidence, for example issued invoices and payments, time and attendance records, signed quotes, audit logs and acceptance records. Deleted information can remain in encrypted backups until they rotate out: daily copies after about a month, monthly copies after a year. ThePrivacy Policy (sections 10 and 13) explains what is kept and why.
Report a problem
Email hello@reliohub.com and include:
- what you asked ChatGPT (your prompt);
- the approximate date and time, with your time zone;
- your company ID and username;
- any error message or code shown, such as
no_grant; - what you expected to happen.
Never send passwords, sign-in codes, access tokens or confidential customer information. If you attach a screenshot, crop out anything private first.
