What is RelioHub?
RelioHub is a field app (iOS and Android) and a web app for construction and remodeling companies. Crews clock in on site, send photos and daily reports and scan receipts; the office runs projects, hours, quotes, invoices, expenses and payroll records.
Who is RelioHub for, and is it construction management software?
It is for construction and remodeling companies, from a one-person business to a growing crew. Yes, it is construction management software: projects, schedules, time clock, daily reports, documents, quotes, invoices, expenses, payroll and job profit in one system.
Can I manage my workers and their time?
Yes. Admins create each worker with a company ID and username. Workers clock in and out from their phones with a geofence check against the job site, and the office sees who is on site and reviews team hours. Workers see only their own time.
Can I manage projects and store documents?
Yes. Each project keeps its crew, schedule, photos, reports, documents and to-dos. A company document library keeps documents in one place and finds them with AI search.
Can I send quotes and invoices?
Yes. Send professional PDF quotes and invoices with your company branding. Quotes can be sent for e-signature (Pro plan), and invoices can be paid online with Stripe.
Does RelioHub do payroll, 1099s and W-2s?
It works out each worker's estimated pay from clock-ins, records payments you make outside RelioHub, and prepares 1099-NEC, W-2 and W-3 forms and the SSA wage file for you or your accountant to review and file. Can I see how much each job makes?
Yes. Every project shows its profit and margin: contract value (or, without one, the invoiced amount excluding sales tax) minus labor from closed timesheets minus confirmed expenses. Only managers see it. See how job profit works.
How much does RelioHub cost?
The invoicing plans are Basic at $0 a month and Pro at $29 a month, per company. Users are priced by type. The first admin is free and each extra admin or supervisor is $19 a month. Field workers, the crew who clock in from the jobsite, are $5 a month each for workers 1 to 30 and $2 a month each from worker 31 on. Storage is 5 GB free, 100 GB for $5 and 1 TB for $39.99 a month. How is my company's data protected?
Traffic uses TLS and our servers are reachable only through a private tunnel. Access is role-based, companies are logically separated, sessions use device-bound httpOnly cookies and requests are rate limited. Taxpayer ID numbers are encrypted in the application and shown in full only to admins, after they re-enter their password and give a reason. Read the privacy policy.
