The assistant works with one company: the one whose Company ID you sign in with.
- Workers see their own. Their own time and expenses and the projects they are assigned to.
- Money stays with managers. Quotes, invoices and payments are visible only to admins and supervisors.
- You confirm. The assistant asks before it sends a quote or invoice to a client.
- Read: look things up without changing anything
- Field: also clock in and out, write daily reports, add photos, update to-dos and record expenses
- Manage: create and change the records your role allows. Only admins and supervisors

What can I ask from ChatGPT or Claude?
You can ask about your projects, schedules, hours, daily reports, photos, quotes, invoices and expenses in plain language.
What can the assistant see and do?
Only what your RelioHub role and your access profile allow. Read lets it look things up. Field also lets it clock you in and out, write daily reports, add photos, update your to-dos and record expenses. Manage, for admins and supervisors only, lets it create and change the records the role allows.
Will it send a quote or invoice without asking?
No. The assistant asks you to confirm before it sends a quote or invoice to a client or does something that cannot be undone.
Can I disconnect it?
Yes, anytime. Disconnect RelioHub Link in ChatGPT, or a company admin or supervisor can revoke anyone's access in RelioHub. Disconnecting does not delete anything in RelioHub.
