Taxpayer ID numbers are encrypted in the application. Only admins see one in full, after re-entering their password and giving a reason.

How is my company's data protected?

Traffic uses TLS and our servers are reachable only through a private tunnel. Access is role-based, companies are logically separated, sessions use device-bound httpOnly cookies and requests are rate limited.

How are taxpayer ID numbers protected?

They are encrypted in the application. Only admins can see one in full, and only after they re-enter their password and give a reason.

What happens to a photo of a check?

The bank (MICR) line is blacked out before the image is stored.

Do you sell my data or use it for advertising?

No. We never sell your company's data and never use it for advertising.
